It is becoming rather annoying and completely out of hand. Some how some losers has the time and some how gets enjoyment out of dispelling world buffs for hours on end…
I understand you can’t make world buffs completely non dispellable. However at the very least make them non dispellable in cities and towns.

I don’t mind so much - it creates unique opportunities for selling summons. If you absolutely can’t stand it there are PvE servers.
Edit: Forgot to mention I fully understand I have a huge advantage when it comes to getting dispelled because of my class.

You find creative spots and travel methods. Also - use scout alts.

Yes it is. It can be solved through PvP. Fight better or hide better because it’s not against any rules . It’s not griefing at all.
I am on a ~66/33 horde to alliance server… what chance do Allies ever have of bringing their world buffs into raid? 2:1 killing is just as unfair as dispel on rez imo. I watch entire raids try to coordinate and blow into BWL, but there are just too many Horde. They fight back how they can.
You do not need world buffs to clear any of the raiding content in classic. All the way through Naxx. World buffs are a plus. They are not mandatory.
I don’t dispel world buffs, I dispel your health pool when you zone into my mountain. My server is horde dominated, 60 / 40 abouts now days, and I still have fun.
NO IT IS NOT PVP PERIOD. It cannot be solved by PVP. It is griefing
Killing them does NOT save your buffs. They get dispelled before you can do anything. Killing them does not stop them from rezing and doing that over and over.
There is nothing you can do about if they are rez dispelling.

If you kill me that is PVP. Rez dispelling is griefing. You don’t need world buffs to clear anything. They are a fun part of the game.

Have you considered sheeping them?
Your buffs are mostly dispelled before you can even cast sheep. Not that a shaman can cast sheep.
this is part of vanilla on pvp servers, they wont do anything about it
I cant dispel your buffs with out dispelling your entire health pool, and I can remove your health pool in short order. What really is the difference?
There are ways to avoid getting dispelled in cities and stuff, you can stop going to the typical places that players tend hearth or teleport to. Simply avoiding these places on Tuesday is an easy solution to your problem.
