Liskronth this week ,have to take a portal to get there but if you don’t finish the quest there with Cromie it wouldn’t show up.

You have to use the time portal on the main platform to phase into the primalist future first, then go to the map location.
I spent several minutes looking myself before being told that, so don’t feel bad.

I don’t think I’ve done any quests with Chromie at all on my alt, and had no issues killing the world boss just now. I have “The Flow of Time” in my quest log now. Is there a different quest you mean?

Well,good for you then. And people wonder why they dropped out of the raid. It’s not just they can’t find it it’s because you get there and there’s no portal at all and phasing in and out.
You needed to finish the Chomie questline to open up the portal in Thaldraszus. You just go in the portal to go to the other zone and there the world boss is.
