Please shorten the respawn timer, people are trolling by resetting it with their flying mounts

I had to taunt and pull it back in my group 
I have a world boss icon on the map, but there is no boss there, I had to ask in general why I can’t see it.
Why can’t this game just be intuitive, why does crap disappear and become invisible, it’s so lazy.

It’s not invisible, it just takes a year to respawn.
People pull it to reset it to troll groups because of that.
This game just keeps getting more and more cringe.

You would think that Blizzard would learn that world bosses need to respawn quickly else this stuff always happens. Have them on a one hour timer, people go get their weekly dose of lag and loot, all done no drama.
Or like just don’t put the icon on the map if the boss isn’t spawned? Is that too difficult in 2025 or???
