Working addon for tracking DRs in open world content?

Can’t get “Diminish (DR Tracker)” to even show up with my other addons.

Any other addons you guys are using to track DRs in open world content?

I think that’s most commonly done by weak auras now, but not sure why you’d need that in open world pve though
