If you can, have someone already over on Dragon Isles get to the first dungeon summoning stone and summon you. Can also have a lock summon you. If you get into a raid group for it, leave the group once you get summoned. If you’re in a raid group, you won’t get credit. Then make your way to the quest turn in spot and it should trigger!
