I can see how it can work, the issue is people are unwavering in what they want. just as an example:
Player A: I want x piece of gear made
Player B (crafter that can make that piece): I can do that
Player A: I want it at rank 5
Player B: I can’t do it at that rank
Player A: then don’t waste my time and mats
Player B: look, it is possible NO ONE can make what you want, can’t you accept a lower rank and recraft as people skill up?
Player A: no, it has to be rank 5 or it is worthless
Player B: then good luck finding someone as you are unwilling to work within the system as it currently is
