I’ll be honest. I would be surprised if Worgen get fleas. I don’t think fleas could stomach the smell. Ever see a Wargen with what appears to be streaks in their fur? Thats from the acid in flea vomit.

Our dog picked up fleas at a park once and brought them home. The war to combat them was extensive and only comparable to the war we had to wage against weevils in the house because they had infested a major food distribution warehouse several years ago and got everywhere.
