They are cursed humans. They are still humans in their mind and memories. Yes, you are look like a dog, but that shouldn’t mean you like dogs now. They still would be attracted to humans.

You’re right in that Worgen isn’t even genetically passed down, it’s only a one generation thing unless you’re bit.
They’re just normal Gilnean humans.
BUT with that said, you tend to be attracted to people with a shared experience and it certainly would make the relationship spicy.

When a human becomes a worgen, it is not just the body that changes, but the mind as well. All worgen hunt on all fours, as seen by Genn Greymane and his nobles hunting in Wolfheart, and Anduin in Before the Storm points out the worgen are valuable as an army because they hunt their own food.
The existence of the Wolf Cult (Gilneas/Duskwood) and Wolfcult (Northrend) prove some people like being worgen. So much that they want to bite people, and see worgen as better.
Considering instincts, and liking worgen, there is more than enough reason. Sorry to break it to you, but if a male and female worgen like eachother, you better get out of the way.
