(also, make Tess Greymane a damn worgen and ignore the worgen quest chain. Keeping her as a human is strange as heck)

Let’s not go crazy. Let’s start with tails. Personally I would like to see Worgen females with actual hair instead of manes that clip into everything. I think we should set our expectations low for now.

Normally I’d say no, and the consumer demanding arbitrary changes to an artists work is sort of bad form.
But Worgen do need something. The Dracthyr ran away with not one, but two of their unique racial gimmicks. A customisable secondary form, and mount speed travel without a mount. Greatly improving on both.
I’d personally like to see a worgen redesign that’s maybe closer to Genn’s BFA cinematic appearance. A bit more upright with more wolfish, with less exaggerated features.
I’d also like to see some quality of life changes like the ability for worgen melee classes to (appear) to just use their claws, and for feral druids to replace cat form with their worgen form.

Fix the Toes to actually look like wolf feet and give them 5 fingers instead of 4.
Tails are meh, because not all werewolves in media are depicted with tails - but the toes are way too off and need to be fixed.
Then introduce other Worgen characters besides Gen

Worgen never had tails in-game. Giving them tails as a reward for retaking their home doesn’t work as a parallel to the Lordaeron questline giving night elves, blood elves, and void elves Darkfallen skins. Quit with your madness.

Worgen don’t have tails though.
True, but some of Samwise’s art featured Worgen with tails (at least, I recall one). There was also a novel in which Genn was described as having one. Not positive which novel that was… It was clarified to be a mistake, but odd that it got through the editorial process untouched.
Adding tails to worgen shouldn’t be all that hard. If anything link it to a deeper connection to Goldrinn and a more perfected Pack Form.
