Lore quote: The Worgen Heritage Armor is the armor worn by the Greyguard, the Royal Guards of Gilneas
Also like the blood elf one, it has a robe and pants version
Without Shoulders plus Female version
Human version:
yeah i dont like the shoulders much but without them its a really sick armor

The shoulders look bad, maybe if it was not too round looking

Well TBF Worgen always had it rough with shoulders and head pieces, the female ones more than the male ones
It looks much, much better without the skirt.
The shoulders are gaudy af tho compared to the rest.
Worst heritage armor ever made.
Complete and utter rush job.

I guess the skirt is mainly meant for the female worgen but meh
EDIT: Yup just tested it on the female model and it looks better
And honeslty youre current mog looks like the current armor
Compared to what Genn is wearing, that set looks like a circus ringmaster’s costume.
Also: where the hell is my Nelf armor?!

unlike the blood elf one, its a hot lazy mess.
I’m lukewarm on the set. I like the overall style. It is very clearly inspired by Greymane’s appearance in HotS, which I like, and is what I expected. But it is lacking a couple of details that I was really hoping for. For one, I thought it would be a longer coat, like kul tirans got. And second, I was hoping it would look different depending on if you were in human or worgen form. Like it might be all neat and pristine when human, but appear tattered when in worgen form.
Overall, I’d give it a 6/10. Maybe it’ll grow on me more when I see it in game. Or maybe they’ll tweak it during PTR to make that coat longer. I hope so.

You can already check in the dressing room, thats how i got the female and pants version pictures
Ill post human version while im at it
Meh. It’s appropriate for the Gilnean’s but it just seems like there is something missing. Perhaps too much gold for my personal taste. I really like the starting zone for Worgen and the style of that area. Without shoulder is much better, maybe if it was darker like a Tuxedo, or more contrasty.
I’m trying to get a look at the non skirt version! Having some trouble with the site. I want to take a look at it on a human model. You should pop up some screenshots of that. I would, but I’m not trusted enough
Look at OP post
Btw the hat on the human female model is BIG

People asked for top hats. Sometimes Blizzard delivers.
I don’t get how formal wear is a heritage look. These are basically just well dressed human/worgen models.
Gilneas was a nation state of citizens walking around in their formal wear 24/7?

Well i doubth that Dwarfs walked with a heavy armor 24/7 either
Or the Void elfs half naked

It wasn’t a critique, it was an honest question. These outfits look nice sure, but I don’t get how it’s cultural to them that sets them aside from any other human line. Surely Stormwind humans, Arathi humans before them, Lordaeron humans all had formal wear. Seems to me they’d all look identical, which is counter to what “heritage armor” should look like.
