Worgen have an incorrect toe placement, it is just weird a consequence of outdates tech.
Back then Beasts had simple three claws because of older models, so it made sense that was the case for Worgen.
But technology has gotten better and dogs only have four toes on the hind limbs.
Which don’t have a Dewclaw. (the claw on the side of the leg) - That is a feature of the Forelimbs in canines
Even the Gen Greymane in Heroes of the Storm has correct feet.
Just please get rid of the weird dinosaur looking feet (i.e. three toes) Worgen have, or at least give the option to have a correct looking wolf foot to match with the footprints

UPDATE
Worgen should have 5 fingers at this point.
Also the 4 toes + 1 dew claw on the hind limbs could be argued to make sense since they are Werewolves - the toe did not disappear, it simply moved.

the paw issues seem to be poly gon issues… as in. the polys are gone.
i think druid travel cat had the same issue till it got an update. idk, they are prob sitting between aesthetic because its been so long and dev time… i think Gen in Heroes of the Storm got the feet issue fixed.

Toes are way more glaring than tail imo
Edit: also now that polygons aren’t a problem thanks to Dracthyr, Worgen feet can clearly be fixed

I mean cmon. This is Blizz. They thought a dog snarled with their side teeth for YEARS with female worgen.
Guess they’re more cat fans.
Agreed. Fix the feet AND give worgen a tail option. Pretty pretty please! We’re going back to Gilneas. Now is the time!

They have 4 toes and some breeds have a dew claw on that back legs, some don’t.
It bothers me so much that I’m a human, with 5 fingers / 5 toes that turns into a worgen, with 4 fingers 4 toes (I’m counting the dew claw as a toe).
Dew claws on the hind limbs are very very rare - and regardless of the claw - the dog has the normal 4 toe paws.
And Worgen feet should match their footprints
I agree that Worgen should have 5 fingers at this point.
Also the 4 toes + 1 dew claw on the hind limbs could be argued to make sense since they are Werewolves - the toe did not disappear, it would be displaced.

Oh yeah for sure my sona art has a dew claw on his feet. 4 toes 1 dew claw.
The dracthyr feet look more like worgen feet than worgen feet.

Right!? Worgen got this weird bird toe arrangement going on.
Fine for a reptile/bird themed race but at this point there is very little reason for a Wolf themed character to have toes like that

exactly plus 1 toe just flat out disappears.
It’s like… where does it go? And the 3 finger 1 thumb thing just… I hate it.
I would play worgen more if their hands / paws looked better and they had a tail option.
I WANT to play worgens more since my sona is a werewolf! XD it’s just… I see it and I just can’t stop looking at it.
And don’t get me started on the running wild animation!

Main problem with running wild is that the head isn’t upright like a wolf. Hard to fix when worgen have a very hunchback posture

That and the legs just sit weird and the gait isn’t like a dog or wolf gait but it’s just… off.

This thread feels oddly uncomfortable
That we had Chihuahua female worgen for so long I doubt feet will be fixed for the next 8 years…
They are called blizzard because they change what players want at a glacial speed.
When it’s killing fun though?
Avalanche!

If they are going to address this they should also look back at gnomes…
4 fingers, 5 toes.

no it aint no one cares abt the dogs toes that much we care abt the tail lol
WORGEN TAIL PLS BLIZZ!
That’s normal.
This is a toe issue.
Not a furry issue.

Bro stop looking at my feet.
It bothers me more that they run like that, especially the female worgen. You are an animal, why are you doing the jay-walking half-jog?
