Obvious: tails
Perhaps less obvious:
Worgen currently have center of mass issues, especially males, due to their inordinately bent legs and lack of tails. This places the center of mass in front of their feet, meaning they’d tip over if wow had slightly more accurate gravity.
Then there’s the fingers. Pentadactly humans, when cursed with some form of druidic magic that gives them the features of wolves, another pentadactyl species, transforms them into a tetradactyl creature. Obviously this was done to reduce rigging time and effort, with anthropomorphic and small races in WoW having fewer digits than is either lore consistent or makes sense…except Dracthyr. One of the redeeming qualities in their design is that they have a proper set of five fingers and toes, because when making their model I suppose the creator remembered that sauropsids, like synapsids, are amniotes, where being pentadactyl is a basal trait.
Body proportions: Worgen males have ludicrously wide shoulders coupled with laughably small and bent legs. Major issue, no one will take this seriously as they look like they can fall over at any moment if blown on.
Worgen females have slightly more realistic, but still not quite viable digitigrade leg angles, and their proportions are better, but their torso and legs are still slightly too short.
Option to remove the mane. Wolves don’t have manes, they’re not lions.

Let worgens transmog their weapons to “nothing” so they can fight with claws

Draenei got preferential treatment with their customization updates that gave them optional tail lengths and jewelry, probably because they have humanoid faces. I have a suspicion that there’s some dev or manager that hates anthro races and vetoes any time spent making worgen, pandaren, vulpera, etc better. They all have pathetic customization options, and they also all have disastrous model implementation.
Vulpera for instance, because they use the goblin rig, don’t actually have digitigrade legs, but the riggers bent them at like 45* and chopped off the bottom of their feet to maybe…give them half an illusion they’re digitigrade? Just looks weird. Pandaren missing fingers, options, and TERRIBLE neck seam along with females having rhinoceros hooves instead of bear feet.

I feel like there’s definitely favorites.
It’s nuts to me that Dark Iron Dwarves, have less facial hair / beard options than Night Elves.
To be fair though, KT Humans have probably the worst customization in the game rn. I don’t think it helps Vulpera that they borrow so much from Goblins.
I never thought Pandaren were particularly egregious though in terms of character creation options.

Out of any potential changes I really want them to make shoulder pads smaller and in some cases refit them.
Worgen need tails so you know where to scratch.
ngl I love when philizee posts just because i learn so much about random taxonomy
