I think bugfix rollbacks are the result of the devs working on multiple patches at the same time. What I think tends to happen is that they will make a bug fix on one patch but then forget to put the bug fix in on the other patch that’s in development.

What if I am a Goblin or Worgen Mage? Wouldnt I Blink then?
Doesn’t bother me at all, the new models are a THOUSAND times better than the old. I couldn’t be happier to have the old female worgen gone.
Im watching a goblin dance in goldshire right now and she blinked.
the blink animations are there, they where just severly reduced because old models where too fast.
Oh crap, I guess I was old-schooling this and ignoring the “my eyes are UP HERE bud” all that time?

But Zandalari males do blink as far as I can tell. Male Draenei of both varieties also blink. Female Draenei of both varieties don’t blink, and also have rather lifeless-looking eyes in general.
Female NIghtborne don’t blink and male Nightborne have bugged blinking. Blood Elves and Void Elves don’t seem to blink either.
