I just completed the Worgen heritage armor quest “Waking a Dreamer” and Tess Greymane fell asleep and let me standing here. It did not send me into the Emerald Dream, nor did it give me any follow up quests.

Ok so closing down WoW, then logging back in seems to be a work-around. Apparently no fix though.

June 9th, still happening
June 20th, 2020, still bugged, logging in and out worked however, the wolf reappeared and had the quest for me to take.
July 3, 2020. Still broken. Had to relog a few times for it to work.
I came here because the same thing happened to me and reading these posts really makes me disappointed in Blizzard. I used to submit bugs whenever I came across one but it just seems pointless now.
