is this a bug? i read some ppl could get the effects duplicated

x2 silken linings:
x2 260+245 mastery should be 505 mastery but I only got 261 mastery on the buffs tooltip… (424 ilvl chest, 420 ilvl ring)

it actually stacks in ranked arenas 450ilvl x2 (chest and ring)

+260 mastery 424 ilvl (pve baseline, outside of pvp)
+380 mastery 450 ilvl pvp
+506 mastery 450 ilvl pvp x2 (chest and ring)
+261 mastery 424 ilvl (pve baseline, outside of pvp x2 chest, ring)
+760 mastery 424 ilvl (pve baseline right after exiting arena, outside of pvp x2 chest, ring)

the tooltip is insanely buggy BUT the total gear mastery while in arena confirms +760 mastery (+380 mastery x2 @450 ilvl) was added. so values from both do work, just have to enter and exit pve/pvp environments to fix the tooltip
