Won't let me submit a ticket

An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later."

I’ve been trying to submit a ticket all day but I keep getting this error prompt. I’m trying to resolve a loot problem from ZM fishing but none of my ticket requests are going through. I don’t know what to do.

There is a problem with keywords in some tickets subjects.

Try submitting a ticket with the word Test as the subject. If it goes through, you can then edit the subject to say whatever you want,
