So I received a gift from a friend and it will not load the page in the app or online in the my gifts tab. Is there a fix for this?

What happens when you try to access the gift? “It won’t let me” doesn’t give folks much to base an answer on.
Gifts on website seem to be broken (img of what I get personally: https://imgur.com/a/XCMeuYJ )
I was able to claim a faction change gifted to me on the desktop app though. Make sure everything is updated.
It wont load the page so that I can redeem it. On both the app and the website.
I just placed a ticket as I was getting the same exact thing as Midnyte. I tried from macOS on Safari and Chrome browsers and on Windows in the battle.net app.
