When I boot up computer and Battle net app launches, it says 'Can’t Connect with Battle net. I’ve done everything in Blizzard’s list. I can continue offline and hit play WoW and enter my info there and it logs me into the game, where my Battle net friends and stuff work.
Something on the PC is likely blocking the app’s ability to connect. Hard to say what it is, but you could add a DxDiag over in the Bnet forum to troubleshoot. This forum is only focused on the WoW client.
I’m experiencing the same problem. No matter what I do, I can’t connect.
Errors says: “We couldn’t verify your account with that information”, yet I can login through the website.
