I submitted a help ticket, and after a few responses the GM said they could not help me, and asked me to submit a bug report. I am eligible for the mount, but the Wondrous Wavestrider is not in my Battle.net launcher or in my collections (it is still greyed out). Any help?
Do you have a recurring active 6-month or 12-month subscription with an upcoming bill date on your account? Or did you buy a sub and cancel it? If you did the second option, you wouldn’t be eligible, so just something to check.
I do have a recurring 12-month sub (renews in December), and it is active, no cancellations. I did get my Silver pig pet from the Prime giveaway, and I was hoping the Wavestrider would show up as well…but nope, not yet.
