For the Army of Light know to help and bring down Burning Legion…
I wonder why we don’t see the Vindicaar showing up aid the Void elf since well… This is battling ageist the void lord same ordeal threat as Lord of burning legion.
We defeated the heirarchy of the Legion but there’s still likely a whole lot of cleanup to do, demons to kill, mid-way invaded worlds to save etc — not to mention ensuring demons don’t rise up any plans to free Sargeras.
Not really, no. Their quest was over at the end of Legion and they joined the Alliance. They stayed on Azeroth and even participated in the Fourth War, so it doesn’t really make much sense why they shouldn’t join the fight against the Void.
Because the writers forgot the Army of Light was introduced and shown and that it’s still active.
Also because writing a way out of Lothraxion is going to be very difficult after pooplands but that’s just secondary.
Primary reason is that they forgot it exists.
Well given there Leader was well love, I sure fan fair show up when come back with way to twist shadow and light as weapon Heck I be welcome idea of fight Zealot of light.
It’s like asking why Alliance didn’t have the Vindicaar blow chunks in whatever Horde target from the orbit during BFA.
Blizzard forgot or didn’t want to include it because it’d make their ridiculously medieval approach to warfare void.
Same goes for K’aresh, they either didn’t even consider that Army of Light might be interested in this fight or didn’t want to include it for whatever stupid reason.
It’s the Rowling Maneuver in writing fiction. You introduce something, never think about the consequences of it, and then just pretend it doesn’t exist in situations where it’d be a simple and fast solution to whatever crisis.
Well yeah, that answers your question then, negates this whole thread and to answer your query on why they didn’t join the fight against the void in K’resh — Technically, they did.
They joined the Alliance.
The champions of the Horde and the Alliance are challenging K’resh.
The Army of Light is on the Alliance → Thus, are not benching out of K’resh.
Probably because it’s hard to work in to stories. That thing is a crazy powerful weapon and could in theory resolve any conflict the alliance encounters so they kind of have to write it out somehow.
Because when they brainstorm story concepts and ask themselves “which characters/groups would make the most sense to include?” the answer is always humans and elves.
