Drop rate increases in Wolk, but at what point??

The suppose 1% drop rate is realistic unlike the 0.05% or w/e it currently is.

Prepatch code is the same as the release WOTLK code, Just Northrend gated so it would be then.
Prepatch (assuming they follow what was done originally). Mine dropped during prepatch during the original release; it was stated in patch notes at some point the droprate was increased to 1%.
