I am unable to proceed with the WoD introduction quests, I followed all the suggestions in the recommended solutions section for this and it’s still not working, I can’t even open a ticket, the open a ticket feature is broken. Please someone help 
I think this is the wrong section for the issue. Have you tried customer support?
Not trying to be mean, I would help if I could. Are you trying to do it on a boosted character? I think it should be already past that, and you should already have a garrison. If you are leveling someone and are at the right level, the quests are automatic. That is, they appear on your adventure guide and also in game as a pop up quest. I think the level is 90, now. If you are below 90 it will not appear.
Also, did you do a character change? Sometimes that messes things up. Why does your portrait show a Void elf, when your class shows a Dwarf warlock?
no I leveled this toon from lvl 58 (Death Knight) , not boosted, at first the quests for the WoD introduction did pop up however, during the first part after I went through the portal, I hearthed back to Stormwind and now I can’t get back to continue the storyline quests, I tried using the cave/campfire option from the timeless isle to get back to draenor but when I go to where Khadgar is to pick up the quest again where I left off, Khadgar is not there, instead I met my end to an elite boss… so i’m at a loss now as to how to continue… sorry if this is the wrong section, I though I chose the right section when creating the intial post. the character that is having this problem was leveled from 58 for DK, I logged into the forums and it’s displaying my level 120 warlock who just recently had a race change.
Ok now I’m on the right character 
Ok, so you did not finish the initial questline? You hearthed before getting your Garrison? Have you tried to use the portal in the Mage Tower?
