WoD Heirloom Trinkets Capped at Level 44

Title. Before this patch, they definitely went up to 120. I paid the 20,000g for the upgrade tokens to get them to 120.

But when they shrunk, they only go up to 44, and I can’t even buy another one to boost them up to 50, it says it’s not a valid target.

This might be a stupid question, but have you tried re-creating the heirloom item to make a new one to see if it is the correct level? I saw some other issues in the forums where people said their heirlooms were not scaling all the way up to the originally-purchased level equivalent, and I think this solved their particular issue. It might not be the same issue you are experiencing, but figured I’d offer the idea in case it helps.

Yep. It says 44 in the heirloom tab. And I can’t apply a level 50 upgrade to it in the tab either. (Even though I already spent 20k and upgraded them to level 120 pre-9.0)

What a pain. I hope they get fixed soon!

I had this issue, not sure if its the same one. On the heirloom it said “Requires 1-49 (44)”. It seemed to think my character was level 44, but its 47. I had these heirlooms before pre-patch.
However once I went back to the heirlooms page, and re-created it (right-clicking on it) to create a new one from scratch, then it recognized my level and the item level adjusted correctly. The tool tip now reads “Requires 1-49 (47)”. The only bummer is the enchants I had on them I had to re-purchase.

Sadly, not the case. It literally shows 44 as the cap in the Heirloom Tab. :frowning:

Still no acknowledgement that this is a bug?

This is still an issue, and I’ll keep bringing it up until it’s fixed. This is a massive annoyance for people who paid for the Heirloom upgrades.
