The quest that has you do a couple things with Ariok, just before Kilrogg Deadeye is introduced–it can’t be started/obtained. Third time that has happened in almost a year, and there hasn’t been a fix to it yet.
EDIT: Turns out, it’s very easy to miss the two other NPC quest givers near the huts. You have to complete two additional quests in order for Khadgar to issue you the quest to progress.
I ran into three other players who also missed these quests. This whole intro thing needs to be plucked, and players should be allowed to go straight to the Garrison-- I’m sure Blizzard can cook up something, and have Khadgar port you to the Garrison plot (other things are skippable now; Legion intro/Broken Shore, some BFA stuff…)
