It depends on the nature of ganking. Ganking ppl who are at your ilvl or higher can prove you’re gud. If it’s just lowbies it’s nothing. That’s why I prefer to gank lowbies for political reasons, and even then I don’t like making it a political thing. The V in PvP is for vendetta.

Most won’t kill lowbies unless it’s for a purpose such as to draw out max level players as Nusk stated
Even if someone’s just killing lowbies for fun, that’s the risk of turning WM on, anything goes, turn it off or hop on your main if it annoys you. But I have a feeling you might be complaining about getting “ganked” by someone the same level as you, aka you lost a 1v1.

I was questing on my level 56 hunter when a drood ganked me and I lost all 10 of my souls for the quest. I was like son of… and than proceed to res and continue questing.

I take it a lot ppl don’t remember what it was like to play on a PVP server, where you were just auto-flagged the moment you created a toon.

I grew up on a horde heavy PvP server.

It’s just a fact, no one who has had success in arenas ganks lowbies. It’s only the bad players that have to flex on low levels
Good players see it as what it is, a waste of time.
I mean, it kinda depends on your server. I can tell you Bloody Hollow has lots of wpvp, but most of it is also in shadowlands. Otherwise yeah it’s just 60s bravely flexing on lower level characters.
Did you get ganked then get your main and stomped too?
If you’re not man enough to post on your main, then that would be why no one cares.

someone comming into the zone who has picked all these best pvp talents and wearing vers gear vs someone from a raid in the same ilvl but no vers and no pvp talents .
Feel sorry for ur loss, but i kinda dont.
I mean I have run into situation similar to urs and it pissed the hell outta me, but isn’t that the beauty of World PVP. The randomness and anger of getting ganked as well as the “evil thrill” of being an ahole in the game.
