This current team is something else…
I would imagine the team may never address these bugs in favor of keeping current content the primary focus, or will provide a solution that does not work (“Do the entire achievement all over again on a Horde character and it will work”) and cancel all other tickets asking to address the issue. From what I heard, customer support was effectively fired two-to-three years ago and management hasn’t filled in the roles since (of course that’s only what I’ve heard, pure coincidence if that’s true due to how problems with the game are answered presently).

I am missing some titles, depending on the toon. On my warlock, which is a goblin, who did the quest, didn’t get the kirin tor title.
My alliance evoker does have the title but is missing champion of the dragonflights, which my goblin has.
TItles are all sorts of broken.
Good news, looks like this was fixed! All my characters regardless of Alliance or Horde now have the title.
