Nobody is going to want to get groups together to run the Culling of Stratholme without LFD; the travel time to get there will be too annoying (since IIRC there isn’t a portal to the Caverns in Dalaran?)

Port to thunderbluff, fly 3 minutes to gadget.
Port to Ironforge, fly theramore, take boat, fly 3 minutes to gadget.
You’re wrong. They’ll run it once to get the mount. Then never do it again. Just like the vast majority of dungeons.
People will figure out the most efficient one to run, and that’s the only one that’ll ever be done. Fantastic design decision by Blizz.

Get revered with Caverns of Time. Then Dal → Shatt → port to Caverns of Time. ZzZzzZ

Port to Caverns of Time is near the Kirin Tor Quartermaster in Dalaran. No rep required to use it.
Ppl are going to run CoS, even without the dungeon finder port. This is not the retail playerbase. Folks will travel to dungeons just like they’ve been doing for the past 3 years.
You are aware people ran Culling of Stratholme just fine in WOTLK right?
There was no LFD until the ICC patch, so people did it for more than a year without any problem.
I mean maybe they’ll do it if it’s the daily but sigh from that probably not
