With scaling what level to start healing dungeons?

Hello, I just re-subscribed back to WoW(never played BFA) and I am really enjoying my Holy Paladin and would like to learn the ropes group healing. Someone in chat made the comment not running dungeons as a tank/healer until 30 simply for a better spread of talents/cooldowns/scaling. Would this be the best way to go about it?

Even though its just a game I am kind of nervous about healing in a group setting, if I remember from previous xpacs it was a lot of go go go and very unforgiving if you screwed up and the group died because you were not fast enough on a heal. So I want to do it right and not inconvenience anyone.

Thank you

With the anniversary event going on, I might give Korrak’s revenge a try. (Make sure you get the quest from Chromie in the Caverns of Time for some extra rewards.) In general, I’ve found epic battlegrounds to be a good place to get some healing practice without a lot of pressure. (With the large amount of people, there’s not much risk of getting singled out for abuse unless you’re trash talking in chat — not to mention people expect to die in PvP.)

Excellent suggestion on the pvp. I will check into Korraks revenge as well. Thank you

Dungeons before max-level are pretty low-risk. They are short, easily queued for, and people are there just for the exp. I don’t anything catastrophic will happen to you

I have been running the SL dungeons as shadow to feel out the fights and oof, I don’t know if I want to heal them, people still zerg/die/blame the healer but man that “goodie” bag looks sweet
