Least with Wrathion he’s around Anduin’s age in dragon years.
Even if we were to put Sylvanas’s age into a human equivalent she’s still way older
Even if that were to happen (ew) it wouldn’t stop the Alliance/Horde split as Sylvanas no longer holds any political power within the Horde.
And, technically speaking, Anduin isn’t currently leading the Alliance either.
