There were a few quests doing that, early in TWW. I thought they were fixed.
I have the 2 parts completed and they show as completed, but the quest itself is still sitting there and no reward received.
I tried leaving the area and coming back, then left the area and logged to another character, and the quest is still in my log with no reward received. thanks.
