So here we are, 1 week after launch, and I wish that I had rolled my character on Grobbulus. It was either between playing with my friends on Whitemane, or playing the RP-PVP dream on Grobbulus. I am now level 35 on Whitemane, and feel discouraged because of the drastically long ques that are still there, and that the community on Whitemane was sort of what I expected it to be. 
I’m highly considering leaving Whitemane for good and restarting my horde Shaman. It sounds ridiculous that this decision is practically tearing me apart because I want to play with my friends, but my heart is telling me Grob-mob. I know you guys are already pretty full, but it looks like ques have relaxed quite a bit. 60 hours of game time down the drain but I feel like if I don’t do it now ill regret it even more when I hit level 60. I guess i’m posting this because I want to hear from the horde community on grobbulus what it’s been like for you so far?
Queues aren’t that bad. It’s primetime on a 3 day weekend, I just got in queue and the estimated wait is like 20 minutes.
edit: I’m dumb, just realized you were talking about WM’s queues.
Lol all good! That’s what I noticed! Whitemane is still at 5-6 hour ques by mid day!
We’ve got our share of trolls and just…awful people, but on the whole, I’ve had good experiences with the Grobb Horde community.
Haven’t seen much queue either, 10-20 minutes is the most I’ve seen since they upped the server populations.
We have had battles, skirmishes, RP… and esp. Shaman… the Earthen Ring calls to you!
What he said. Come make a toon over here, join the Redwood Tribes, and if you like it, stay awhile until your hooves feel the need to wander a bit. This is the nature of being a Shu’halo.
Queues are getting much better. Long as you have an RP name and don’t grief RP you should have a blast here!

As a lifelong PVE’r I thought rolling on Grobbulus would eventually break me and send me back to PVE with my tail between my legs. The Grobbulus community has been awesome and I throughly enjoy spilling Alliance blood.

Classic is not going anywhere, you have the chance to join us in the future. Maybe a couple of months from now you can make a character here. You could always start writing your backstory today already 
Classic / Vanillia is more important about the community than anything else. I would urge you at this point, before you invest even more time, to roll where you want to be.

Haven’t had any issues with bad eggs on this server yet. Everyones just out to have a good time. Finally made it to STV and the place is teeming with world PvP.
Most of the people I’ve met alliance side have been fairly polite to super funny and enjoyable to group with. Know that, when you reroll horde, you will have a faction of decent folks to kill/be killed by (in as neighborly a fashion as possible)
