I’m hoping someone here may have had this problem and can tell me a generic way to fix it. Basically, I turn the 'phones on, and any sound should transfer to them via my Bluetooth USB. That is the way it’s always worked.
The Bluetooth works for other devices, just not the headphones (Brand name Tunyo).
Any help is majorly appreciated!
um… right click on the speaker symbol on the bottom right corner of the screen and see if the bluetooth is the selected output

I’m sorry, Earthie - I should have told you in the first post that I already did that. It doesn’t show as the selected output. When I go to settings it shows Bluetooth as on and the words Now Discoverable as “Desktop CULQJP”.
Also (since this is my fault for not including enough information), I wanted to mention that I am bypassing having an account with Microsoft requiring a PIN.
Thanks for your reply and any help you may offer.

doh ok
only thing i can think of is the bluetooth headphone needs to be re-paired to pc
hopefully you’re able to figure it out
