Please make the area around and under the tree a dismount zone. It would also be wise to prevent the placement of toys…such as the turnip punching bag and endless chest. You might figure out why when trying to claim your presents today.

People are putting down anima hoards all around the tree and spamming toys. It’s chaos.

Yeah, I have literally NEVER had a straight-up crash due to server load until just now on Moonguard.
Guess Greatfather Winter’s gonna take all them gifts back to Northrend.
In Org it is a dismount zone under the tree but that hasn’t stopped the usual gang of misfits from throwing down all the clickable toys they can to be disruptive.
The WoW community really does get what it &#@$ing deserves. 19 years of this and it’s been the same every year.

The problem is almost always a certain sub-set of players, no matter what the issue is. The sad thing is, the people doing this are likely in their 40s.
It’s always been atrocious especially with HIGH pop servers. I usually opt in to Warmode and go to IF that way to open the presents then blip back out of it. Good luck!

That’s why I wait till much later in the day to open mine. Trolls have the attention span of a mouse on crack. They are off to drop the turnip bags somewhere else.
