So, there’s a quest on my map called “Winterspring” but there’s no quest at the location. I assume it has something to do with the Furblog rep, but I can’t pick it up. Any ideas?

I’ll try again, but I was just there (with the marker active) and she had nothing to say. I’m thinking maybe it’s a glitch and I’m not ready for the quest.
Did you do the blue dragon questline?
Maybe. Could always try just abandoning the quest and picking it back up again.
Could be a phasing issue.
I miss Winterspring. It was like Silithus in that it always felt so remote in the original game, just due to the convoluted way you had to get there.
If you haven’t died running that furbolg cave gauntlet, you haven’t played WoW.

That’s what I’m thinking. There is no quest to abandon. It only appears on the map, not in the world.
Ohh I see. Yeah, sounds like a phasing issue. Can you click on the map thing that gives out the blue dragon quests?
This, it was one of the many destinations you got ported to from the Azure Span.
Back in the day… a couple of my toons became besties with those guys.
I even ground out the Winterspring Frostsaber back when it took many months lol.

Yup, I did both on my old Nelf priest.
But till then, and especially if you were sub-60, it was trial by fire.

Easily my favorite zone.
If you duck out of that long quest line, it can be difficult to recall exactly what you were doing, and that “Winterspring” map marker just shows the final turn in spot.
Took me a few minutes investigating Wowhead to figure out how to continue that quest.
You misunderstand. I’m not on a quest or questline. The map shows a quest is available, but when I go there to pick it up, there is no quest.
This is an issue I’m seeing as well on characters with whom I’ve not yet started the blue dragonflight quest line. Not sure why it’s appearing when it shouldn’t be, but it’s definitely a bug.

Honestly, a lot of vanilla was like that; questing through Ashenvale “Hey what’s this road?” You have entered Felwood, “Oh neat a new zone, why can’t I see that bears level?” You have died.
