Winter's sigil

after completing this weeks story line, i was returned back to ardenweald to finish the quest line. currently have the quest “Winter’s Sigil” and it says i need to talk to ysera. I already picked up the Sister’s Tear, but when i talk to ysera there is no turn in, nothing to click just a screen that says “Well Done”.
ive tried abandoning the quest and picking it back up 3 times, reloaded, restarted, etc.

I’m having the same issue and of course, no response from Blizzard as usual.

Ysera is in two places at once. Try way/ 47.7 53.6

You don’t talk to Ysera standing there at the grove, you need to head back to the Heart.

Thank god for the guy telling us to go to the tree, the idiots at Blizzard made the quest tell us to go to her in the grove.

In fairness, if you look at the map it shows you where to go. Not the worse bug in the world.

And yeah, two months later and this quest is still bugged. Small indy company blizz still has the extra Ysera chilling there to bug the hell out of players.
