I have done all of the starting quests for Sonova Snowden and as Wowhead suggests I went to GARZ which gives me NOTHING… I have turned in almost 200 of the artifacts and NOTHING…
I started at NEUTRAL 1800 rep, and still at the same rep WHAT GIVES BLIZZ
and yes I am doing this on my Main ((70 Hunter))
Did you get your language with them up to 100%?
If not, there are usually farm groups in Imbu to get the ‘tokens’ to turn in for language.
so you need Lang. at 100 before you can work on your rep?
Yup! Or if not 100, then at least very very close.
Otherwise, you wont be able to understand the furbolg and they wont talk to you.
So keep farming the trade ins for language and then you should be all set 
what are you seeing the groups listed as cause I dont see any
I did mine last night. I just typed in “furbolg” in the group finder and there were a few groups to join. The one I joined went for a few hours with people cycling through constantly.
If you cant find a group, you can try picking off a couple of solo mobs, and various other NPCs in other spots will also drop the Liberated Furbolg Artifacts. Wowhead can show you all the NPCs that can drop them if youre looking for easier solo mobs.

To be more technical, you’re supposed to get a batch of quests with every 25 language skill, and each chain bumps your rep up a full level (though the 75-point quest screws with you a bit if you’re not 100). Not sure why they wouldn’t appear though.

I wasnt aware of this, as I just farmed up like 900 arttifacts and stood there turning them all in at once xD
Good to know! So maybe not 100% required to start rep, but def need to learn SOME language for sure to begin rep.
