Wintergrasp ownership is broken on Arugal and has been since launch

Essence of Wintergrasp is NOT bugged, but needs changing anyway, on Oceanic Servers

TLDR: The Essence of Wintergrasp buff is not bugged on Oceanic servers but it might as well be. Either way, something needs to be fixed. Allow me to explain. I made this post in my guild discord after observing what the buff did during wintergrasp windows in Dalaran on horde and alliance. I too initially though the buff was bugged.
