Can we discuss this a little bit as to how I maybeeee have won 1 or two all expansion on offense…
I dont know how to fix it. Maybe bring down the health of the walls and decrease the range on the cannons from the fortress?

Incorrect. Me, and many others that I know, can attest to instances and strats where Offense did win (and with no premade involved. Just PUGs).
Yes, the Demo Bug needs to be fixed. But fix that and Offense will win a lot more.
(I do agree that Offense is harder though. But tbh, the difficulty is part of the fun (kinda like Heroic vs LFR raiding).)
