My character “Processing-Wyrmrest Accord” got the winter veil quest just now for no reason. According to the calendar it’s not going to go live for another 2 weeks. The quest is called “Winter’s Presents”. It is not from last year as the character was created in June, and no one shared the quest with me as it happened on login.
