Yeah with shaman and priest fotm and the prevalence of those classes on horde you basically have to play every alliance class as if you don’t get to have any magic buffs at all lol

not only that but wings has always been THE most obvious tell in the game that I’m using a damage cooldown lmao.

Purge is actually the most absurd ability and always has been. All these buffs in the game that are trivial because they are gone in seconds. Dont worry everyone, Mages will be able to even share their purgable abilities with you phase 4! Give you an extra GCD before eating that instant lava burst

The only thing a paladin uses which should be purgable are their blessings. Every other effect they have available to them should not be dispellable.

about as bad for the game as wow token or vehicle quests.
I absolutely hate shaman. They’re completely overpowered in every way, and they’re going into phase 4 stronger than ever. I rerolled shaman to enjoy a phase of this game. I’ll be elemental, and dabbing on you all in bgs. Now that priests are nerfed nothing can stop me.

As a Rogue I honestly feel bad for yea, even though realistically I hate Pallies. (f reckoning)
Even with Divine Shield if the Pally is a hybrid build its a massive skill match-up between us. Arguably the most fun match-up.
No need to take away your bubble. Def when Shaman would already have an advantage IMO.

I would be fine with wings causing forebearance if it wouldn’t get immediately purged. if I actually got value out of it in a team fight. 1v1 I probably wouldn’t even use it, better to have bub.
as it is, it’s completely a PVE only CD and that feels bad
avenging wrath, skill book. off GCD, 20 sec duration, 20% extra damage+healing, causes forebearance (1 min lockout)

when wings was introduced in TBC, it was purgeable for a few xpacs, however, ret could talent into purge protection 2/3 sanctified seals for 66% chance for seals to be unpurgeable, that way you wings, re-seal, and purge tries to remove seal but has a big chance to resist so you could get longer value out of wings while they’re trying to spam purge (I forgot about this as I didn’t play TBC re release, another paladin brought it up in a diff thread)
