The icon for the Prophet’s Great Raven just showed back up on my action bars but it is still telling me I do not own the mount. Nothing on the transmog pieces yet.
Reporting in with the same issue. I can see them hidden with my mount journal addon, but can’t access them.
EDIT: They are now back in my mount journal

Just adding my name to this list. I purchased the Wings and Wisdom pack April 26. Put in an in-game ticket and GM says they can still see the items and reset my account. I logged out and back in and they are still missing from my inventory. I hope that this will be resolved soon.
Edit - just logged back out and in and switched characters and they are back.

Just want to add this is happening to me too. I sent in a suppot ticket and they not only directed me here but also gave me a refund which I appreciate. Another thing to add, at least for me, it the black set weirdly DOES still appear on my Horde toons but nothing shows up on Alliance. Idk why that is a thing…
Also adding to the pile. I submitted a support ticket for it, but they just closed it out saying “We know about the issue” and then directed me to the forums.
