I have a few toons on Windseeker, it’s on the list for free transfers but there is no free transfer option in the in-game shop, only paid options for 1, 3 or 6.
Can we please get some regular updates or something when you shut off the free transfer services? Also, anywhere that the transfer process is described or detailed, please mention the player needs to return to the character select screen to locate the tokens in the top right corner next to character selection. I spent half an hour trying to figure out where to go to perform the actual transfer
It’s currently up for OB. One quirk in how the interface works, though, is you have to be logged into the (eligible) origin server to see the free option.
E.g. if I log into Pagle, the shop doesn’t give the ‘free transfer’ option, but if I log into OB, it does.
I can’t test if Windseeker is broken or not (much less whether it was 13 hours ago), but if I were guessing you were perhaps logged into the wrong server when you attempted.
From the character connect screen, well poop. I was using the Shop button option from the game menu within game, after logging in on the character I wanted to transfer. The free option is only visible on the Character Select screen, after logging in but before entering the server on a selected character.
I really do wish the instructions were clearer on all this. Highly aggravating - thanks for the help Miwa
