The Winds of Sanctuary rep buff is not applying to the Iskaara Community Feast.
Only getting 60xp a pop instead of 90.
completing a task would normally award 25 rep
completing the quest would normally award 500 rep.
if you’re getting 60 per task, the buff is being overly generous.

Reputation amount varies by task type (I think the range is 20-60) and you can also get extra rep if another character on your account has 10 or 20 renown via the words of a worthy ally buff. It’s probably hard to be sure of the base amount anything is supposed to offer at this point due to all those variations.
