This is a strange one that I’ve never encountered before. My Windows 11 background is flickering through the game and the WoW icon is strangely disappearing and reappearing in the taskbar in less than a second. Does anyone know what’s going on?
Make sure Windows 11 is fully updated. You might want to restart the computer. Windows 11 has been known to have “hiccups” and restarting the computer does fix it sometimes.
That didn’t work for me. 
Is your screen going black for a moment or two when you are playing wow specifically?
Make sure your graphics card driver is up to date, make sure you check your refresh rate of your monitor lowering it could stop the problem, and overheating can cause this issue. Sorry I cannot be more specific because there are several factors that could cause this problem while gaming.
