It appears as if the Windows Game Bar is causing issues with using your mouse to click on items in WoW.
With no addons installed:
1- Enable Windows 10 Game Bar
2 - Log in
3 - Open Bags, click an item, it works.
4 - Win-Z to show the Game Bar overlay, close the overlay
5 - Try and click items again, it doesn’t work. Relogging does work though.
WoW doesn’t support using any overlay with the game, even if it came with the OS.
The game bar is notorious for causing issues. I’ve seen many threads about it over the years in Tech Support.
That being said, you might want to post over there, or move this topic there (edit your original post, select the Tech Support forum from the drop-down.)
An SFA or the regulars there should be able to help you disable it, or correct issues with it.
