after camping Lathrai on PTR for several hours i have yet to see the item https://tbc.wowhead.com/item=23815/schematic-adamantite-shell-machine this item was added in patch 2.3 i believe it was. although we will be seeing phases and already in patch 2.5.1 has anyone else seen them yet? or are they not showing up due to a bug? or will these be in at a later phase.
