earlier today when flying around a wind or storm totem got attached to the back of my character and it creates a loud wind rushing by sound constanly and cannot be removed via buff or debuff

For me, with something similar, it was the “Charging up that hill” quest.

OMG. Solved. It’s that quest. I’ve been fishing and like “What is this god awful sound”. I have had a headache. I abandoned that quest and it’s finally silent.
