You were not “mass reported” but justly reported for profanity. Some of the profanity has been recognised to be in different languages by your peers that can read it natively.
Cheating reports are definitely checked over.

I admit to had been rude once, and I received my punishment, on one occasion, since then I have not made the mistake again.
but, the first time I get silence, in my account was becouse, some rascist boys wanted to make fun of me, when I was trying to explain a mechanic in a raid.
i just answer that i really proud latin lover. and they must hear me, the most of the people laugh, and the group of racist boys be quiet, becouse the others were to my side, we play very fun raid. when the raid finished i was accused of abusibe language and silenced.
obviously i opened a ticket that was ignored. that is the system of wow now.
