No, you made the claim that they were a requested race. Don’t try to blindside things with “NO ONE”, with enough search you can find a request for Ion to be a playable race. Making it look that these gnomes were at any point a popular thing to ask for is simply trying to create a lie.

I’ll be a mechagnome priest so I can use my top hat mog for some steampunk gloriousness. I was going to race change my warrior until I realized there was no pink hair option which is a deal breaker because he’s always had cotton candy head and I refuse to give it up.

Otherwise that’s probably it. No new class for Mechagnomes and the racials getting nerfed in to the ground kind of killed the excitement for me.

Mechagnome Shamans please!

I am one of the 10s of people who are excited to play a Mechagnome, a race option I’ve been wanting for years (although I was hoping for true mechagnomes vs the junkers we are actually getting, but I digress). I was truly hoping they would be playable as Shamans, even though lore-wise it might not make the most sense, but after getting my goblin shaman to 120 and having fun on the pint sized zapper I really don’t see why an exception can’t also be made for the Mechas.
