That’s great, welcome back to all of you! You’ve got just the right attitude. Aside from alts, we regularly have old guildies come back after being gone for a patch or an expansion or whatever and get them up to speed fairly quickly. Bringing in someone that’s a 100 ilevels lower than the content is tuned for is a far bigger difference in dps than there will be between covenants and we can manage it and still clear stuff.
I know there will be people that discriminate based off of them, but most of those that do really shouldn’t.
